It is a famous Salmon river, with strong currents and is the seventh longest river in the UK.

Perth is popular for its Farmers and Continental Markets and has a variety of shops along the attractive streets of elegant Georgian terraced houses. There is a range of places to eat or take a break, with plenty of restaurants, Bistros, Cafes, Tearooms and pubs. For the evening entertainment there is the Theatre, Concert Hall, Nightclubs and pubs.
