Q. Is it more expensive to book a taxi through OTS Ltd than to get a taxi at the Airport?
A. No, in fact it is cheaper, especially on longer trips.
Q. How do I find my driver?
A. He will be in arrivals with your name on a ‘Meet and Greet’ board, you will have his contact no. and he will have yours.
Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
A. No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air.
Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, We are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured
Q. Can I make a booking on line?
A. Yes, Just enter the details on the ‘Instant Online Quote’ form and will automatically receive a quote. It is then up to you if you would like to make a booking.
Q. What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?
A. Click ‘Manual Quote’ and fill in as many details as you can and we will email you a quote to your inbox as quickly as possible.
Q. What happens after I click on the quote that I want to accept?
A. We will receive your request for a transfer and we will send you an email to confirm the booking.
Q. What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
