Varna Airport Transfers

Varna Airport Taxi service is provided by Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. By joining forces with A2B transfers we are now able to provide transfers for you to and from Varna Airport to most local resorts, towns and cities.

Upon landing at your chosen destination, call the number provided and the driver will come to meet you. Then you can relax and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that everything is organized for your return.

In the UK, you can choose the type of vehicle you would like, saloon cars, estates and people carriers, to take you to the airport. We can then arrange your onward travel from your destination airport and return. On your return to the UK, you can choose the “meet and greet” option, where your driver will come in and collect you from the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, or simply call the driver to find out where they are waiting for you! All the information you need will be on the booking form and hopefully this will answer any questions that you may have.

Varna Airport – (VAR)

Varna Airport is located at the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 7 km away from Varna – the Summer Capital of Bulgaria. It is at the heart of a highly developed business community, close to leading Bulgarian summer resorts and transport facilities. The airport handled 1,432,703 passengers in 2008.

Travelling to and from the airport

The best way to get around when you arrive at your destination is by bus, taxi, train or shuttle service at the airport. Some of the hotels provide a shuttle service to and from the airport but this will have to be checked when you make your reservation.

Car rental is also an option.

Climate

During the long, hot summer months in Bulgaria the sun will shine down for around 10 hours per day and the temperatures will hover just below the 30C mark. Spring and autumn are cooler times of the year but still pleasantly warm with temperatures around 18C.

Flights to Varna can be taken from most of the Airports in the UK. London City, Luton, Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Jersey airports all provide this service.

Varna can also be reached from many of the main European Airports.
