Stuttgart Airport Transfers

Stuttgart Airport Taxi service is provided by Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. By collaborating with A2B transfers we are now able to provide transfers for you to and from Stuttgart Airport to most local resorts, towns and cities.

Once you have landed at your chosen destination, call the number provided and the driver will come to meet you. Then you can sit back and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that everything is organized for your return.

In the UK, you can choose the type of vehicle you would like, saloon cars, estates and people carriers, to take you to the airport. We can then arrange your onward travel from your destination airport and return. On your return to the UK, you can choose the “meet and greet” option, this is where your driver will come in and collect you from the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, or simply call the driver on the number that has been provided for you to find out where they are waiting! All the information you need will be on the booking form and hopefully this will answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Stuttgart Airport – (STR)

Stuttgart Airport is an international airport located approximately 13 km (8.1 miles) south of Stuttgart city centre, Germany.

Travelling to and from the airport

You have the option of getting the train as the airport is connected to central Stuttgart by commuter trains S2 and S3, which both serve Stuttgart central station (journey time apprx - 30 minutes). You can also travel by bus, there are several direct bus links to destinations in and around Stuttgart, departing from outside Terminal 1 Arrivals level.

You also have the option of getting a taxi which are situated outside terminal 1 level 3 or hiring a car, agencies are located in terminal 3 level2.

Climate

Stuttgart experiences a temperate type of climate. The average annual temperature of Stuttgart is 10 degrees Celsius. Summers are generally warm and the winter is extremely cold with the temperature dropping 9 degrees below the freezing point. The months from June to August are pleasantly warm and an ideal time for tourists to explore the city.
