Rome Airport Transfers

Rome Airport Taxi service is provided by Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. By banding together with A2B transfers we are now able to provide transfers for you to and from Rome Airport to most local resorts, towns and cities.

The page that follows will show a list of all possible transfers and prices. Simply select your destination and the type of vehicle you would like to book and click on the button at the bottom. This will take you through to the booking page with A2B Travel. Enter your contact details, and the details of your transfer. Read the terms and conditions and click to accept them. You will then be taken through to a secure payment site to pay for your booking.

Just like an OTS transfer, you will be sent an electronic sales receipt containing your driver’s number and all of your picking up instructions. Once you have landed at your chosen destination, call the number provided and the driver will come to meet you. Then you can sit back and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that everything is organized for your return.

We can organise all of your travel arrangements from the moment you leave home to the time you return.

In the UK, you can choose the type of vehicle you would like, saloon cars, estates and people carriers, to take you to the airport. We can then arrange your onward travel from your destination airport and return. On your return to the UK, you can choose the “meet and greet” option, this is where your driver will come in and collect you from the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, or simply call the driver on the number that has been provided for you to find out where they are waiting! All the information you need will be on the booking form and hopefully this will answer any queries that you may have.

Rome Airport – (CIA)

Rome Ciampino Airport is a joint civilian, commercial and military airport near Rome in Italy. The airport is situated 12.0 km (7.5 miles) south southeast of central Rome.

Travelling to and from the airport

The easiest way to get to the city centre from the airport is by train, there is a station within the airport itself.

Car rental is available from the airport if you don’t want to take the train and there are also taxis available.

Climate

Rome enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate that is characteristic of the Mediterranean coasts of Italy. It is at its most comfortable from April through June, and from mid-September to October; in particular, the Roman ottobrate are famously known as sunny and warm days. By August, the temperature during the heat of the day often exceeds 32 degrees C (90 degrees F). The average high temperature in December is about 13 degrees C (55 degrees F), but subzero lows are not uncommon.
