Plovdiv Airport Transfers

Plovdiv Airport Taxi service is provided by Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. By collaborating with A2B transfers we are now able to provide transfers for you to and from Plovdiv Airport to most local resorts, towns and cities.

The page that follows will show a list of all possible transfers and prices. Simply select your destination and type of vehicle you would like to book and click on the button at the bottom. This will take you through to the booking page with A2B Transfers. Enter your contact details, and the details of your transfer. Read the terms and conditions and click to accept them. You will then be taken through to a secure payment site to pay for your booking.

Just like an OTS transfer, you will be sent an electronic sales receipt containing your driver’s number and all of your picking up instructions. Once you have landed at your chosen destination, call the number provided and the driver will come to meet you. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that everything is organized for your return.

In the UK, you can choose the type of vehicle you would like, saloon cars, estates and people carriers, to take you to the airport. We can then arrange your onward travel from your destination airport and return. On your return to the UK, you can choose the “meet and greet” option, this is where your driver will come in and collect you from the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, or simply call the driver on the number that has been provided for you to find out where they are waiting! All the information you need will be on the booking form and hopefully this will answer any queries that you may have.

Plovdiv Airport – (PDV)

Plovdiv Airport is the airport of the second largest city in Bulgaria, Plovdiv. Often referred to as Plovdiv Krumovo Airport, a small village located 12 km south-east away from the city on the main highway.

Travelling to and from the airport

The only practical means of transport to get to your hotel is by taxi.

Car rental is also an option and isn’t overly expensive.

Climate

The climate is temperate with influence from the Mediterranean Sea and is typical of southeastern Europe. Summers are generally extremely hot and dry. Winters are cold, with a slight Mediterranean influence; often they're very cold with a Continental character. The average annual temperature is 12.3 deg C. The average maximum temperature is in July at around 30.3 deg C. The average minimum temperature is 6.5 deg C.
