Malaga Airport Transfers

Malaga Airport Taxi service is provided by Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. By collaborating with A2B transfers we are now able to provide transfers for you to and from Malaga Airport to most local resorts, towns and cities.

This will take you through to the booking page with A2B Transfers. Enter your contact details, and the details of your transfer. Read the terms and conditions and click to accept them. You will then be taken through to a secure payment site to pay for your booking.

Just like an OTS transfer, you will be sent an electronic sales receipt containing your driver’s contact number and all of your picking up instructions. Once you have landed at your chosen destination, call the number provided and the driver will come to meet you. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that everything is organized for your return.

We can organise all of your travel arrangements from the moment you leave home to the time you return.

In the UK, you can choose the type of vehicle you would like e.g.; saloon cars, estates and people carriers, to take you to the airport. We can then arrange your onward travel from your destination airport and return. On your return to the UK, you can choose the “meet and greet” option, this is where your driver will come in and collect you from the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, or simply call the driver on the number that has been provided for you to find out where they are waiting! All the information you need will be on the booking form and will hopefully answer any queries that you may have.

Malaga Airport (AGP)

Malaga Airport, also known as Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport, is the fourth busiest airport in Spain and the main international airport for the Costa Del Sol. It is 5.0 miles southwest of Malaga and 3.1 miles north of Torremolinos. 12,813,764 passengers passed through the airport in 2008.

Travelling to and from the airport

Malaga airport is well-served by public transport, with Cercanias Malaga train directly serving the airport from Malaga city centre and Fuengirola, an airport coach linking to Marbella bus station. The number 19 bus run by EMTSAM runs a service to Malaga Bus Station and the City Centre and costs €1.10. The bus runs from 6am - 12 midnight and departs from the arrivals section in both terminals 1 and 2.

Taxis are also available from the airport to any destination in Malaga.

Climate

Malaga features a Mediterranean climate and lies on the southern coastline of Spain, along the acclaimed Coast del Sol. It is the perfect holiday destination, offering year-round sunny weather and warm winters. During the summer months from June to September, the climate in Malaga is particularly favourable with highs approaching 30 C and a low rainfall. Many people choose to visit Malaga during the winter months, when daytime temperatures average 17 C although the evenings begin to feel colder at this time of the year.
